Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A)
Reports To: Clinical Director
Job Type: Part-Time and Full-Time
A Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) in South Carolina
provides mental health services, including individual, family, and group counseling, and conducts assessments under the supervision of a licensed professional counselor (LPC) to gain supervised clinical hours required for full LPC licensure.
Duties Include:
- Developing treatment plans
- Documenting client progress
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
- Potentially providing telehealth services, all while adhering to ethical standards and company policies
Education: Master’s or higher degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
Licensure: Current state licensure by the South Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors is required
Targeted Case Manager
Reports To: TCM Supervisor
Staff providing TCM Services consist of helping individuals and families become self-supporting while assisting them with basic needs. The outcome of TCM is increased consumer stability and self-sufficiency through individualized case management. TCM assists clients in identifying their needs, building on their strengths, while supporting them in meeting their goals.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Baccalaureate degree in a human service field and having a minimum of 1 year of post-degree accumulated TCM experience with the target population served. The degree must be from an institution that is accredited by a nationally recognized educational accrediting body; OR
- Licensure from the SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation Board as a Registered Nurse, and have a minimum of 1 year of case management experience; AND
- Cannot be listed on any state or the Office of the Inspector General’s Medicaid Exclusion List.
RBHS-Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Specialist
Reports To: Clinical Director
Staff providing RBHS Services consist of mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation interventions necessary to assist adolescents and adults in achieving rehabilitative and recovery goals. This is an intensive community rehabilitative service that provides treatment and restorative interventions.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work, early childhood education, child development, or a related field; Or bachelor’s degree in another field and has a minimum of 45 documented training hours related to child development and children’s mental health issues and treatment.
Must have at least one year of documented experience with the MH/SUD population.
